DNS Problems

Hi folks, I'm sure this has come up before but everything I've read and tried hasn't worked.

I got the superhub about two months ago and it has always failed to work occasionally. This didn't really bother me as it came back the next day. However, I've now been without internet for 4 days and I've had enough.

150 are useless. I ran a scan and it just said 'DNS Failure', flushed the DNS cache, unchecked the IP flooding (as advised on the VM forum), reset the bloody thing and nothing has worked. Just trying to find out where I can go from here

Firstly, are you connected wired or wirelessly?

Second could you post your Super Hub Status and Connection pages here. Remove reference to MAC address.

Try pinging 194.168.4.100 from your PC. This is the address of one of the DNS servers.

And also post the output from the IPCONFIG /all command from a CMD prompt window.

Re: DNS Problems

I am assuming you think you are still connected to the internet then. Can you get to 173.194.78.94 (google) if you put it in your address bar?
