0253xxx

Anyone else suffering from repeated calls from 0253 numbers and any suggestions how to stop them?

I should add that I haven't answered any of these calls.

Oops, missed a leading zero off

Doing a 'Google' it seems these numbers are being used in a 'your computer is infected we can fix it scam'.

Re: 0253xxx

It's a Djibouti, Africa number, TPS won;t help, best to just ignore the calls and eventually they'll get the message that no one is answering

Yeh I saw that Kymmy.

I could do with a high pitched whistle or rig up some acoustic feedback and answer the phone with that, that should put them off >
