I'm confused. Just to clarify, did you set something to record on Virgins EPG and nothing whatsoever recorded? Or did you set it to record from the EPG and the recording didn't run long enough to catch the full broadcast?
I noticed on the EPG the show ran from 2:00am to 3:30am. I knew there was no way the programme would run for 90 minutes. I set a manual record on my V+ box for the show starting at 1:50am to 6:00am. Managed to record the whole show.
I noticed on SKY's EPG they had the fight running from 2:00am to 6:00am so any SKY customers recording the show didn't miss a thing.
So who's fault is it really? Did BoxNation provide Virgin with the correct info and Virgin failed to update their own EPG accordingly?
Worst case scenario, the event is being repeated today at 5:30pm so you'll get to see the action after all.

I'm led to believe Chad that a stipulation of being on the Sky platform is that channels must provide listings and update any changes to programming with Sky hence why there generally more reliable.

That to me suggests then that because Virgin don't have this stipulation, it's purely Virgins fault that people miss then end of programmes when EPG info is either inaccurate or not fully up to date.
Looks like the original poster should take this up with Virgin, and not BoxNation.

How could you know?
It's showing 2am - 6am on the TiVo EPG. However, without knowing what data BoxNation provided to whom and when, it's not possible to say what happened.

That's true. Your contract is with VM, not BoxNation.

I don't know either. Besides, it's more complicated in Virgin's case as the listings are provided by third parties.
