Unhappy TV TV Controls
I have recently had TEVO TV. PLease h,elp I can not use the handset to control volume. I have to use the TV one.

In with your TiVo user guide should be a paper leaflet "Digital Remote Control Instructions". This tells you how to set up the TiVo remote to control your TV sound. You have to find the relevant code for your TV from the list and input it into the remote as per the instructions.

The tec did mine when he set it up. Perhaps yours just does not have a code.
