Intermittent "no connection" on computer with superhub !

For a few months now customers are getting a no connection error on screen. And when I am in the house all I can do is replace the superhub because I see no fault! So, I'm wondering if anyone on the forum has an idea as to what would be doing this ? Could it be a setting on the modem ?
Any replies are appreciated !
Thanks

Re: Intermittent "no connection" on computer with superhub !

This is happening in quite a few customers houses. And in my girlfriends. I'm in her house right now. It's happening wirelessly and hard wired. All computers/devices connected all get the problem at the same time. The superhubs lights all stay solid then after rebooting it will then start working again! :/
Oh and thanks a lot

Thats just typical superhub behaviour.

The superhub in router mode whether wired or wireless is just a piece of bargain bucket junk.

Put the damned thing in modem mode and connect a proper router or change to an ISP that lets you use good quality equipment of your own choosing.

Will do mate ! I always knew you couldn't have good quality in such litte space . Also I have a problem where my own 50mb superhub at home after 10oclock will not load a page , wire or wirelessly , reboot won't resolve, although I can still play mw3 on my Xbox , wirelessly !
Any ideas ?
Thanks for your input

Off the top of my head I have no idea.

Try putting your superhub in modem mode and connect directly to the computer having the issue and see what happens at 10oclock.

Looks like this thread was bumped up whilst I was typing out http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/35358482-post136.html

I'd love to know if there's a fix.
