Ld:20?
unplugged my tv just as it was frezzing now and again turned it back on and it says "your didital tv service will start shortly." and says Ld:20 on the box?
Have tryed unpluging it for 5 a still nothink?

Sounds like the box is knackered then, give the faults team a call on 151 from a Virgin Phone or 08454541111 from any other phone

Indeed, does seem a little sudden, some form of mouse hasn't chewed through your cable input wire has it? Could be a connections issue behind your TV

Ld20 means the box is getting no signal check cables just incase

ive had a look at the back of the box and the socket where the cable goes to in the back of the box is kinda loose :/

Need a fault tech then if it's the socket which is loose, unless it's tightenable by yourself

Push it in and hold it and see if box boots up, if it's your own cable you'll get charged for call out

Came out today and had to replace the box, and even cut me some more wire for when i move the box in the future  Thanks for the help

Hubby used to deal with techi things. In the back of the ntl box I have the cable and a scart. Should anything else be attached?
