New VM Player? Disappeared from home page

Did I imagine it or was there a new player on the VM home page. There was a video of the last shuttle mission. I clicked on it and I got a message to say it would not support my platform.

I'm running Firefox on Ubuntu 10.04.

Came on the forum to glean any news, nothing, so I checked back and the player has disappeared!

Re: New VM Player? Disappeared from home page

There's an info bar on the front page that states a new home page is coming. Some of the features look pretty good (remote Tivo record from the website for example).

Looking at the rest of the proposed features, the player is supposed to be part of the new design so perhaps they were just trying it out (or somebody pressed the wrong button )?

Edit: Ah, I see you can have the new home page now if you want

Re: New VM Player? Disappeared from home page

I can now access it from my W7 notebook so the problem appears to lie with my Linux 64 bit Adobe Flash player in my desktop PC. I've got flash working with all my other applications so I don't think I'll risk breaking anything just yet for the VM player.
