Question Power levels are they ok and what network am I on?

Locked QAM256 54 55616000 Kbits/sec 307000000 Hz 5.0 dBmV 42.2 dB Hybrid

Locked QAM256 55 55616000 Kbits/sec 315000000 Hz 4.3 dBmV 42.0 dB Hybrid

Upstream
Locked ATDMA 2 20480 Kbits/sec 45800000 Hz 52.5 dBmV

The net is ok, but the reason for asking is I am thinking about upgrading to 100Mb and don't want any problems.

Also, I am not surre what network I am on, I am in a ex-NTL area.
I know there is 2 networks: Knowsley and Langley & Bromley which am I on

Yes, and Lincoln was on Langley SHE though it doesn't actually matter.
