Any idea whats going on with my connection?

Morning,

I am just wondering if anyone has any idea of whats going on with my connection cause I know a few VM employees hang about on here.

I have a post on the VM Community but obviously its got a several day lead time and so far I am waiting for a response and I havent had any time yet to call in.

Basically browsing the internet you can really tell that my pings/latency is high. General downloading however seems fine.

About 3 weeks ago my connection was fine and I'd have charts like the attached image daily.

But now however, my live graph is like this everyday:

Here are my modem stats:

Scheduling Type Best Effort
Current System Time:Mon Nov 07 11:47:09 2011

PS, the timeout at 2AM and 2:30 is the Superhub and Router resetting, and a scheduled reboot on the router again at 2:30 just incase the router doesnt connect first time around.

Cheers for any possible advice.
