50M : poor ping measurements

anyone able to advise me why am getting such high ping readings?

Normally its no higher than 70 sometimes

have you had a look at your power levels and tried a different server? My ping can halve between testing on the Maidenhead server and the London server

while i don't doubt that you are having high pings,the way that you are measuring it could be done more accurately.

do a ping test from the command prompt

start/run/cmd/ping

ping bbc.co.uk
ping virginmedia.co.uk

ping both please and screen print the results.

also will you please pathping virginmedia.co.uk

start/run/cmd/pathping virginmedia.co.uk

please also do a screen print of the results and post it here ..
