How much would it cost me?

I am currently on:

Broadband 30mbit,
TV M
Telephone M

How much would it cost me to change to:

Broadband 50mbit
Drop the TV entirely
Telephone M

I have tried the bundle builder and it says £28.90, but is that valid for existing (out of contract) customers or new customers only, and will that price rise after x months?

This is just "window shopping" at the moment. Considering my options.
