bloody virgin broadband

for 2 weeks now my broadband has been stop go stop go
phoned them got the usual trouble further down the line it will be fixed
in 2 or 3 days

After 2 weeks of it I remembered I had lost some register setting
around the time I started getting problems

So brain of Briton me decided to format my computer
so all day yesterday I packed up everything I did not want to lose then I formatted
my hard drive put windows 7 back on got everything back on and working
then at about 7pm guess what my internet stopped working I think if I had seen
someone from Virgin I would have punched him in the mouth

so I am back where I started internet on off on off

Re: bloody virgin broadband

I would also make a note of when the service is off and contact VM to ensure that you get a refund for the down time.

Cheers and Si thee

Re: bloody virgin broadband

Sorry to hear of your problems rugrat but it's been 6 years since you needed to moan about VM, the service isn't all bad eh ?

I'm moving out of a cable area and it will be the end of a very happy relationship with VM.

Get the engineer and he will sort it out.
