Black RF Cable

Being that I am on cable I noticed that the RF cable was still attached between the TV and my DVD recorder, is there any need to use these cables now being that most are either attached by HDMI or scart? and of course analogue TV has now been switched off.

Unless your DVD recorder has a digital tuner and you plan on recording from freeview any time soon you can remove it.
