Irate customers

Is it any wonder people get hacked off with Virgin. Just had one of thier blanket bombing letters thru the door. If i were a new customer taking the services i have now, i could get them for £10.00 for 6 months then £20.00 thereafter -------------------- which is 2/3 of what i pay now.

You don't get anything if you don't ask. Unless your new, then you're offered it.

1. If you are an existing customer you cannot be a new customer. You can cancel, wait three months and then become a new customer.

2. You have to add the cost of phoneline to these prices so £23.90 for the first 6 months then £33.90 for the remaining 12 months of the 18 month contract. See that bundle in here: http://shop.virginmedia.com/bundles.html
