Changing Ip!? Cable or Wireless?

Hi

Iam with virgin media and i tryed many ways to change my ip, but no success.
So i am thiking if i buy routher and wirless network card for my pc.

The qusestion is: Can it be easy to change ip if i have wireless network?

Maybe have some recommendations which router best to buy, probably in pc world!

Change the MAC address of the device you connect to your modem, if possible. That should cause the VM network to issue a new IP.

Bear in mind that there is a limited pool of IP addresses available to you in your local area due to the way the cable Internet system works, so if you're trying to change your IP to get round some sort of block or ban that has been placed on you, this is not a trick you can use repeatedly. All you're liable to do is to annoy a site admin enough to make him block the entire range for your part of the network. So behave!

Thank you. Just googled for tutorial how to change that and its works. The reason i need to change ip is youtube. Basicly my ip is blacklisted and when i upload video i get deleted. youtbue dont like if new video gets polular and gets views,but thats mainly in internet marketing...
