virgin cant add sky sports...
...as I'm awaiting installation of a tivo box next week. So the system wont allow them to give me sky sports now. Gutted wanted watch the match on Sunday

unfortunately the system won't allow another upgrade while one is pending/processing.

Thanks for clarifying that.
Wasnt sure if it could be added manually by anyone else in virgin media that's all. I'll just have to wait then.

Something like that happened to me too. And when you get TiVo, you can't use the online view your package option. That's been my experience anyway, I did contact VM about it, but the person didn't really know what I was on about.
