V+ : Channel 4 problem

Has anyone else experienced terrible picture quality on channel 4? Ours has become more or less unwatchable with interference bars, pixelation and long sound drop outs and has been ongoing for at least a week and not fixed by rebooting the box. Slightly oddly its only C4 so its unlikely to be my box right?(a Samsung V+)
So either Virgin or C4, but then others should be experiencing it? Im in northants, biut no idea where the signal comes from?

Any help / suggestions gratefully received.

Check the connections / reboot the box, if it persists then call Support on 151, might have a signal issue on your box or cable.
