V+ No TV / BB in SE15 area

Hello all - does anyone know if there is a general fault in the SE15 (South London) area?

I've not had any TV (stuck on AP:52 with a flashing light on the V+) and no BB (sync light flashing and the last button not lit) since sometime last night. Tried calling around 6am this morning, but the TV techs were not around and the BB guy said he tried to do a "test" from his end but there was nothing he could do but pass on the message when people got in from 8am.

It might be fault F001668517, but that only affects a small part of SE15.

Try http://my.virginmedia.com/service-status/details, or ring again.

Thanks for that - I just called. Apparently services won't be back up until around 7pm this evening, and no credits to client accounts unless the fault goes past 24 hours. I asked to lodge a complaint about this - and have a manager calling back within 4 hours.

Its not so much the credit - but that I cannot work from home
