That is true, I wonder if it will be through email or the post? I'm just hoping for free installation.

l seriously doubt that we will get free installation on the smaller box.

Exactly what i am hoping for. Installation is a rip off, all they have to do is swap boxes, no extra cables. Although it does take a while to download and setup all data to box which is time consuming, but on the whole a easy job.

Yes installation is a rip off as far as l am concerned but if we have to pay then we will have to pay it.

That's the main thing i'm hoping for, although surely there isn't anything else this 'special offer' could offer us apart from the free installation?

Its the only thing they can offer, the box is Tivo's so we will have to pay for that and the Â£3 subscription, can't see those been given away.

Why the issue with the install? VM have to send out a tech to install the box so the charge is to cover that.
