Virgin Media's areas
I'm trying to sort out the Tivo app on my iphone, but it keeps saying that I am selecting the wrong area.

I have tried South East, East of England, and London.

My network is in Luton, and on My Virgin Media it says I'm in Area reference 24.

Any ideas?

Well London is the correct region according to this map

Try uninstalling the app then reinstall the app and then try the app again.
