Changing tv package question
When someone calls to change their package outside of their minimum contract period (downgrade), does that change apply immediately or can you set a date in the future for the change to tv package?
When someone calls to change their package outside of their minimum contract period (downgrade), does that change apply immediately or can you set a date in the future for the change to tv package?
My change was effected immediately.
If you have met all of your minimum contractual obligations you can downgrade your package anytime you like, I think!
