I've previously returned to vm after 6 months and got a much better newbie deal (plus cashback from quidco). My BB contract is now coming to an end and I'd like to leave vm and return as a newbie. My question is, what is the minimum period I need to stay away before I'm officially viewed as a "new customer". Thanks and apologies if this is covered elsewhere but I couldn't find it.

Just call and use the THINKING OF LEAVING US option and see what they are able to do for you

90 days is the minimum period.

Thanks folks. I'll call retentions as usual but I suspect I'll have to wait the minimum period - 90 days; thanks Masque.
