There are plans to ban the use of animals in circuses and it can't come soon enough for me
I normlly have reservations about animal rights groups but cudos to this one for bringing this to our attention
We could always just prosecute the abusers. take the elephant out and carry on?
problem is though the abusers have disappeared possibly back to romania ,whether any prosecution will happen to the circus owners i don't know ,but reading the report they seem as distressed as everyone else
