Get a Virgin Media fault fixed.

I experienced a fault with my TV and Phone today after sitting around waiting on the phone getting fed up I had a look around the internet and stumbled upon the the Virgin Media help and Support forum:

Most people might already know about this but I didn't and it's brilliant, the support staff were really quick in dealing with my fault and they even booked in an engineer visit for me.

I wish I'd found this site a long time ago and will never be wasting my time on the phone again when you can get such quick service on line.

I recommend anyone who has a fault to use the forum.

I highly recommend it too i had a fault with my box after reporting it on the Saturday night it was replace 48hours later on the Monday afternoon, no problems at all.

Any idea when my virginmedia is going to work it says Tuesday at 4pm but still nothing.
