I have an engineer coming round on Saturday to upgrade my broadband from old 20Mb using a modem and seperate router to a Superhub using 50Mb.
So my question is will the Superhub come through the post beforehand or will the engineer bring it?
I am slightly concerned that they think I already have a Superhub and so one will not be sent and the engineer not bring one.
I have had the install booked for over a week now and no Superhub has arrived yet.
