Bitlord compatibility with windows 7
Hi, I have BitLord (version: 1.1) product. Could you please provide me information whether it is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7 operating system? Thanks in advance.

Re: Bitlord compatibility with windows 7
I wouldn't use Bitlord to be honest mate, I am using utorrent and that worked for me on both Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.

Re: Bitlord compatibility with windows 7
The developer has an email address on the support page for the tool, it would be easier and quicker to ask him. Windows 7 is not mentioned at all as a supported product let alone 64Bit.

Thank you Paul, I tried to contact the developer through the mail provided in support page, but have not received any response for almost 1 month. So I raised this thread.

Agreed that Bitlord is the pits, Utorrent is far better and more stable additionally most private trackers tend not to allow bitlord because it cheats on its upload and is full of spywere.
There was a thread on the slyck forums which i cannot find at the moment that said they had also employed a team of spammers to spam forums with questions about it hoping that the users would search via google for the info. That would then put the program at the top of the search engines
Not that i think this is such a case

"cheats on its upload and is full of spyware"
I think it most unlikely that anyone on this forum would use such software.

Somehow I believe you already know the answer and are just waiting for someone foolish to search for your product.
The are many safer and more reliable download clients out there and yours will only snare the unwary.

In other words
When it grows up and stops infesting people computers with spyware.
When it stops over inflating what its sends to the trackers to make it look like you have uploaded more than you have, in other words CHEATS
When it complies with the proper rules set down by most good trackers
Private trackers have banned it for very good reasons.
I warn you if you intend using it on a private tracker they will ban your account if they have a block on that piece of software.
