Could some kind person please explain why I have such startlingly low speed
on my supposed up to 20mb connection? Please take the time to view the attached jpg file. Time and date were Sun 07-11-2010 approx 22-15. All sensible comments are welcomed. Coelian
Hi folks, connection speed seems to be ok, see attached jpg. The peaks are the results of this forums' speed test, so it looks like the lag is down to the "Highwinds" servers. No P2P or torrents. Coelian

hgihwinds as in newsgroups if so that is form of p2p and are throttle
Just being pedantic, but Virgin have throttled filesharing ie ( usenet AND p2p). usenet is not peer-to-peer, by definition. But do carry on It will probably become like the 'hacker/cracker' thing.
