A quadruple amputee has swum the English Channel using specially designed prosthetic flippers.
Philippe Croizon, 42, achieved his goal ten hours ahead of schedule when he travelled from Folkestone, Kent at 8am on Saturday morning and arrived at Wissant, near Calais, shortly before 9.30pm, the Daily Mail reports.
No picture..I'd like to see the flippers he used...
