A little bit of help please

Hi ive been working in my house and also had a holiday lol and have left my samsung v+box switched off,today i have switched it back on and in the EM it says card status = expired ive rang customer services and they have said they will send an engineer,my question to the experts is can they not just send a hit to the card again or not thanks for looking

its a new card its a new install only 2 months old error code 3007

Seems to offer the same error message.

Looks like the VM staff fixed it remotely maybe a staff member on here will be able to help if they have the time.

Every agent has to follow the same diagnostic flow on tv calls and if what we call a hit fails then the flow will have then told them to book an engineer as that will be the quickest fix for the issue.
