I agree, Wonder if there has been any cases of speeders being locked up for longer or maybe none payment of taxes. The law is a arse in this country.

worrying isn't it they are inadvertently encouraging such behaviour by not punishing people appropriately

Crimes against property is obviously deemed more serious than crimes against people.

it does not specify but either way this is sick, and perhaps if the children are there's there are options available (neuter, just like the dogs they are)

The thing is the article doesn't say just how they were in charge of these children and I can't understand a report not giving that sort of info..I feel there is a little more to the sorry tale..They seem young to be foster parents though.

The children's identity is protected by law. The Press could state that the children are related to the perpetrators, but would then be unable to name the perpetrators (as this would lead to identification of the victims). On the other hand, they can do what they actually have done - name the perps, and not give any details about the relationship of the children to them (if any).

To guard against 'jigsaw identification' of the children, the agreed policy of the British media is that all of them will name the perpetrator and none of them will state what relationship the victim may have to them.

i agree, however they could of been all face and been really nice people maybe even long term friends so something like this would not even be going through there mind, or on the other hand perhaps the parents were just plain stupid ?
