Virgin Mobile – Nightmare or Dream?
Hello Cable Forum,
I am new to this community and it seemed helpful so I decided to join and ask for your opinions on some of my problems with our friends at Virgin Mobile.
So tonight after receiving my first ever wage I decided to get my first contract phone so I decided to shop around until I found Virgin right under my nose with the phone I desire at an affordable and not so long contract option (18-months should be fine).
So I placed my order at around 8pm tonight and have been waiting ever since to receive my slurry of confirmation emails from them and my bank saying they have taken my money and my phone has been dispatched, but 4 hours after there has only been one email and I am still ‘being processed’ on their website.
Is this normality of is it just me being affected by these issues, because I am starting to regret my decision to go with Virgin Mobile.
