Internet Cutting out

Hi, Ive been having some problems with my connection the past few days, My connection has genrally been fine during the morning and afternoon but when it gets around 4pm-5pm my internet slows drastically to the point of taking 10mins to load a webpage, Theses are my signal levels and the log.

Your Upstream is way to low and will need an engineer to adjust so call Technical Support on 151 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.
