New webmail combines messages

Someone sent me a couple of emails with the same subject heading and when I look in the new webmail it has combined them into one "conversation". I need to forward one of the messages but can't see how to split them up.

The two emails now appear as a single entity eg: Sally Smith - Here is the info you requested (2) whereas I want to see two separate emails.

Is there any way to get it to show emails, like what it used to do, and not conversations (I don't want conversations).

I think you'll find there's a setting to turn conversations off

Re: New webmail combines messages

I couldn't find any way of turning conversations off.

I have managed to solve this problem by marking the conversation as unread, then setting up outlook to download from this account. It didn't work initially until I marked the conversation as unread.

It then downloaded two separate messages so I will be able to forward one of them as originally planned.
