Blimey that's taken it's time to get to court!
I remember hearing about it when it first came to light.

Fine them heavily, and make them go through their records to refund the additional prices charged.

I doubt it will happen. When the proceedings of a potentially criminal act get so large, it seems as though our legal system has trouble coping.

Excellent idea, just as a side issue I don't like the idea of one side just walking away scott free, but I suppose its designed so that you can never really trust who your conspiring with...a case of who'll grass first.
