“The system we use to check your username and password is currently unavailable. Ple

Hi everyone this is my first post.

When I try to sign into my blueyonder email address through my browser I’m getting the message “The system we use to check your username and password is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”

I’ve checked service status and there is no mention of this problem. I first noticed this problem yesterday evening. The last time I signed in through my browser was the end of last week, everything seemed ok then . I’ve tried deleting all cookies in case this was the problem.

I normally use Windows Mail and I tried sending an email from one blueyonder email account to another and they were sent and received with no delays, although these are the only emails I have received in Windows Mail since yesterday morning.

I would call in to see if the are any issues you need to call Tech Support which is open 24/7 on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone.

It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
