V+ Freezing

hi my v+ box keeps frezen up and it locks up at night phoned virgin and thayare sending out a tech guy tomorrow to have a look at it.
Ask her about news multiscreen and she said it is here but when I press the red button it's not there why

If so it just Virgin Media updating the EPG for the 8th day on your EPG

I am with virgin the set top box I have got locks up all the time thay replce it is wor'k's fine for a few months then it go's agin I thik sky is better there doftware is more faster than virgin's got someone from virgin to come out and look at my box tomorrow so I will wait and see what thay say. but if I do go to sky have u got an E-mail address for them

fed up with virgin

[B]my set top box I have got locks up all the time thay replce it it work's fine for a few months then it go's agin I have the Scientific Atlanta V+ box thay are very slow when compaired to the samsung V+ boxes so if you's can replace my box with a samsung v+ box as thay are better boxes I am not paying for a subbish service I have been with you's from the very start would you still like that or will I go to sky if this is not solvd I will be going to sky for a better service there software is more faster than virgin's got someone from virgin to come out and look at my box tomorrow so I will wait and see what you's say about this on going problem.
