Phone Not fixed
Had engineer out on 31 December, morning appointment, turned up at 4pm after 4 calls, and annouced that needed a cable pull and that someone would be out to see to it within 2 days, later told that no one would be out on 7tth and offered half price line rental for month, then get told yesterday that no one would be out to see to this now till 15th, not a very good service at all

Tech shouldn't have said that to you.. it was New Years Eve! The re-pull would have been booked in. re-pulls usually take a couple of weeks to source as it's a 2 man job... now you've been delayed because of the weather.
Hope it gets sorted soon for you.

Sorry to hear that alanh... make sure you speak to Customer Care once it's finally fixed to get a credit for loss of service.
