BBC HD picture breaking up

For the past month or so, BBC HD has been unwatchable. The picture has been breaking up on a regular basis when watching the channel, and the sound also distorts as well. I've had to resort to watching BBC 1&2 instead, it's terrible.

All other channels are fine, no issues with channels such as ESPN HD. Is this a problem with the box do you reckon?

It's likely to be a signal fault that only affects the frequency that carries BBC HD. Give Virgin a call.
