How to stop virgin ringing?

I dont know what section to post it in so i posted in the news one anyway...

My parents havnt been with Virgin since they were cable dragon here in Wales.... which is atleast 10 years +.

For some reason now my parents are having a call from them asking to sign up atleast twice a week and they have stated over and over they are not interested as they are happy with Sky and BT but they continue to ring even though my parents have asked them not to on a number of occasions.

Any idea what they can do about this?

I would send a registered letter to the ceo's off and back it up with one to Richard Branson, Then as its you i would expect you to go to the nearest office and grab a employee by the throat and beat them remorselessly whilst saying it a legitimate reason for attacking someone.

The obvious suggestion is to register with the Telephone Preference Service.

If they have requested VM to stop then, as I understand it, there are obliged to do so. If they do not then I would make contemperanious notes of any conversations and then approach your local trading standards.

Speak to OFCOM about the harassment of your parents or speak to your contacts in the CEO's office that you always mention as they could be the best people to deal with this problem as they know who you are.
