Boxes died

Both my V+ have died. One wont even turn on, the other turns on but it stuck to one channel, it wont respone to the remote. I can't even get a picture out of it now.

Can i call up and get them replaced for free?

Re: Boxes died

Wow 2 failing at the same time, ring up faults on 151 from a Virgin Phone and 08454541111 from any other phone and they will send out an engineer.
