Issues in Derby/Leicester

My BB has been up and down like a rollercoaster all morning today and have read that there is an outage on the VM server status site.

Anyone know the cause?

there was a transmission issue affecting 4 CMTS's in derby - the problem has now been resolved.

you might to re-boot your modem though to get it to re-sync
