Please can somebody check my modem config/levels etc, have been having slow speeds/resyncing issues recently?
Bit worried about the operation config data rates all being 0 also, seems a bit strange to me.
Any help would be much appreciated

If that's the constant Operation Config picture (or often picture) then it's a call to VM that's needed after you've checked that your coax cables are properly seated & tightened.
Then Download TCP optimizer and Run it, Make sure It aint set to anything below 20000, if its not set to 20000 then set it and Take a speedtest.net test at London Server and Post the Speedtest Results
