20Mb power levels/config

Please can somebody check my modem config/levels etc, have been having slow speeds/resyncing issues recently?

Bit worried about the operation config data rates all being 0 also, seems a bit strange to me.

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers in advance.

Re: 20Mb power levels/config

If that's the constant Operation Config picture (or often picture) then it's a call to VM that's needed after you've checked that your coax cables are properly seated & tightened.

Re: 20Mb power levels/config

Yeah Unscrew em all and re-attach them

Then Download TCP optimizer and Run it, Make sure It aint set to anything below 20000, if its not set to 20000 then set it and Take a speedtest.net test at London Server and Post the Speedtest Results

Re: 20Mb power levels/config

Downstream Receive Power Level : 7.4 dBmV

Too high, you need a tech to reduce the levels. The downstream should be +/- 5dBmV to guarantee stability.
