Transferring/Cancelling VM Account?

Hi folks,

I am wondering if you can help me in transferring my broadband package to another person?

I'm moving out the house and the accounts been in my name since July 07, but some of the guys are staying...so how can I get the account in their name?

Or is it less hassle to cancel it completely and them to open a new account?

I think you can transfer ownership to another person.

Re: Transferring/Cancelling VM Account?

If you choose the transfer option it will cost around £25.

A better option would be to cancel your account and have your friend take up a new account to enable them to get any available offers that only new accounts get.
