Re: Loss of broadband in RG10?

Hi, I have the same issue from the last 10 days now and no one from VM tells me how long it is gonna take. I live in Basingstoke and my brodband is down since 11 September. I don't get any reasonable answer from virgin customer service, sometime they say engineers are working and sometime they say engineers are waiting for council approval. I haven't seen such a bad service in my entire life. I am new with Virgin media (1 month).
