Are they having probs this weekend again cant access eve online my mates are in tried rebooting gave up trying to call for around an hour on 150 it goes dead after 1 ring whats the criteria for crap service and contract cancelation ? or with the price changing is the get outa contract loophole avail ? i would rather have 16 meg adsl that works than this 50 meg flaky fiasco

Being unable to play Eve Online for a little while isn't a criteria for 'crap service' unfortunately.

this is the second weekend in a row and tbh the service has been poisonous all week speeds fluctuating from from full to a few k even downloading from there site. they have already changed the tap in the pit twice and replaced my modem. about 8 time a day in the log i receive an "oid error" after that the modem wont even break 5 meg half the time if i reboot its fine till the next time it happens.
