How can I get Connected (new expansion area)
Hi,
I have seen some cable work being carried out in my street about 2 months ago and since then I have been trying to find out whether we will receive FO cable in our houses. Everytime I call Virgin the answer is no. I checked with the council and indeed the work was carried out by a contractor on behalf of VM.
How can I find out whether we are in the new expansion area and also encourage VM to connect us. There are around 50 houses in the estate all with BT/TalkTalk BB and SKY TV and I am sure a lot of us would love to combine our services under one company and get decent internet speeds.
