Poss Billing Problem
Hi Guy's,
This might be one for young BenMcr
My brother and sister inlaw have just been to visit and said they where thinking of leaving virgin, so i asked why as you do being nosey
they have Triple XL with all sports channels but no movies, and there average call costs come to around £6 as they use there mobiles mostly (not virgin mobiles) but there bill is always over £100 pounds this can't be right can it?? sometimes it's nearly £120
what should the cost be for the following:
TRIPLE XL + Sky Sports
iF it's is correct they might as well have VIP
TIA

Re: Poss Billing Problem
Should be £57 for Triple XL + £19 for Sky Sports = £76

Re: Poss Billing Problem
I make it £77, and they could get the V+ with that for £49 1 off installation if needed.

You don't get a minus ebill discount anymore do you? They would add £1.25 to the bill if i remember correctly if you wanted paper billing.

All prices include VAT. Prices quoted are for payment by Direct Debit and e-billing. If you pay by non-Direct Debit methods you will incur a monthly £5 charge, payable to Virgin Media Payments, for payment handling services. £1 per month added for paper bills (£1.25 after 1 May 2009). These terms and conditions are in addition to and form part of our standard customer service contract.

It's been discontinued for new customers, existing customers still get £1 off their bill.

Although if they're already on e-billing then you are correct and they will get it for £76.

Something is very wrong with their bill for sure.
Going by the website it's:
£11 (phoneline)
£47 (xl tv, xl bb, xl phone)
£19 (sky sports collection)
-£1 ebilling
Total: £76

Only thing I can currently thing of until we see the advance charge is that they simple don't have any bundle discounts
Triple XL + Sports if paying full price would come out at £96 a month
