Warning about checking your bill
Just thought I would let people know that 2 months ago I was looking at my dads bill and wandered why he only paid £10 a month for his v+ box as I was always charged £20 a month. After a few calls to virgin and waited for manager to ring me back they agreed I had been overcharged by £240 over 2 year period and agreed to give me 6 months back which is £60 of course I threatened to terminate my services as my bills are about £120 a month they finally agreed to 2 months at £1 to pay me back had to pay £1 to keep dd up.I have always checked my bills but sometimes there prices are so confusing so please be aware.

Wow, that's a shocker! Good to see that they actually did what was right, i.e. full refund.
i have been charged for phone calls i hadnt made in the past. The reason i know i hadnt made them was i was on holiday in france when the calls took place and no one else had keys to my flat.
