2 Fixed Phone lines??

I currently pay for the VIP package and an additional fixed phone line (dedicated to my house alarm).

My question is do I need 2 fixed phone lines?

I know you need one line for broadband. But could I use the same line for my normal telephone use and also the alarm??

(just looking to save an additional £11 per month in these times of recession!).

Re: 2 Fixed Phone lines??

Might be worth asking your alarm company if the system needs a dedicated telephone line, or if it can share a line with your broadband connection.

I would imagine that they're the best people to tell you for sure

Virgin Broadband doesn't use phone lines. It uses the cable tv network
