Packet loss

Hello

I have been having this problem for the past 3/4 months or so, and Virgin have done nothing to help me.

Basically, my connection is fine, but sometimes, it goes EXTREMELY slow, and i start to lag in games (Actually, i lag 24/7 in games)

Am I the only person who is getting this?

I don't have a firewall or anti virus, and also recently reinstalled XP, have used 3 network cards, and a whole other pc, same problem

Re: Packet loss

My trace was fine, I'd call again and again until you get through to an English center.
